Have a full experience of the northern Circuit wildlife safari. This itinerary takes you to Tarangire, Serengeti National parks and a visit to the world largest unbroken Caldera which is also the world's 8th wonder: Ngorongoro crater. These spectacular destinations are homes of millions of wildlife.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Pick Up

Arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. Meet with your safari consultant to discuss your safari itinerary.

Semi-Luxury Accommodation: Venus Hotel

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Travel from Arusha at 8:00am to Tarangire National Park after early breakfast.

Park Highlights: Elephant herds of up to 300, migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland. Silale swamp with 550 bird species, tree-climbing pythons, lions and leopards.
Semi-Luxury Accommodation: Flamingo Lodge

Day 3: Karatu to Serengeti National Park

Morning drive to Serengeti National Park, enjoying the endless plains scenery.

Seronera Circuit: Rich wildlife habitat featuring the Seronera River. Spot thousands of animals including wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, and predators like cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and lions.
Semi-Luxury Accommodation: Sound of Silence Tented Camp

Day 4 & 5: Full Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Two full days in Serengeti with early morning game drives.

Experience: Sunrise game drives across the plains, watching predators hunt, exploring the vast savannah with packed lunch, and witnessing spectacular sunsets.
Semi-Luxury Accommodation: Sound of Silence Tented Camp

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Early morning game drive in Serengeti followed by transfer to Ngorongoro.

Morning Adventure: Sunrise game drive with opportunities to see leopards and lions hunting, then journey to Ngorongoro while continuing wildlife viewing.
Semi-Luxury Accommodation: Rhino Lodge

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater

Full day exploration of Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch.

Crater Features: 610m deep and 260km² wide - the largest Caldera in the world. Contains all Big Five animals (lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, buffaloes), plus hippos, cheetahs, antelopes, hyenas, and diverse bird species.
Semi-Luxury Accommodation: Flamingo Lodge

Day 8: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch.

Park Wildlife: Tree-climbing lions, hippos, elephants, zebras, buffalos, giraffes, baboons, monkeys, warthogs, and over 350 bird species including large flamingo flocks. Optional canoeing available at extra cost.

After the game drive, transfer to the airport for flight back home or to Zanzibar.
